1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Delays in delivery caused by the courier or customs clearance

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Once your return request is approved, we will either arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit — we do not offer cash refunds
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
